How to get things cheaper.
1. step one telling them you are an exchange student
2. step two if you have blue eyes make sure that they see them

If you follow these steps it should go a little like this
Paula (I will write in English, but they were talking in Portuguese) : Excuse me how much is this pin?
Seller: 20 reais
Paula: can we get it for 10?
Seller: no how about 15
Paula: O come on it isn't for me it is for her. She is an exchange student.
(I turn around and look at the seller)
Seller: oooo your eyes are blue! They are so pretty. Ok you can have it for 10 reais.

:) and that my friends is why you should all be exchange students.... it works every time ;)
